For non-restaurant clients the first two steps are the same, but where the call summary is sent can be selected by the client.

As the user, you are responsible for ensuring that all outgoing contacts you reach out to have provided consent and are not listed on any Do Not Call (DNC) registries. While PIMMIE provides tools to help you manage compliance, the ultimate responsibility lies with you. We strongly recommend your calls comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
PIMMIE operates on an optional usage-based auto-renewal system. As you consume minutes, additional blocks of minutes can be automatically purchased to ensure uninterrupted service. This system eliminates the risk of running out of minutes mid-campaign. You can set thresholds or limits to control auto-renewal, and you’ll receive notifications for each renewal for transparency.
